Stockport Talking Therapies, the Big Life group, is a non-profit mental health service. We are funded by Greater Manchester ICB for the borough of Stockport alongside our Pennine Care counterparts, formerly Healthy Minds.

We provide mental health assessment and intervention for the treatment of mild-to-moderate symptoms of common mental health problems for anyone aged 16 plus

We currently have no waiting lists for assessment or treatment. We can assess and, where suitable, offer treatment with 2-3 weeks of receiving a referral.

Our modalities of treatment include: 1:1 treatment with a low intensity therapist / Groups/workshops / eTherapy/cCBT (Silvercloud Health).

Early morning and evening appointments are also available.
