New Phone System

We are trialing a new phone system called Queue Buster. This will give patients the option to request a call back when they are on the phone to the practice instead of waiting in a queue. Once the queue has reached 10 patients you will be offered the option to request a call back. You do not lose your place in the queue and will be phoned back when it is your turn.
