We have had 49 DNA appointments where patients have not advised us they will not be attending – this is equivalent to more than 3 full GP surgeries ( a day and half of appointments). Please tell us if you cannot attend by using the appointment cancellation tool in the appointment reminder you will have been sent to your mobile phone.
