Patient Participation Group

Do you want to be actively involved in the running of this practice?

Do you want to help improve our services for patients at this practice?

Do you want to help shape our services to you and the community in general?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions then please consider joining our group.

The practice welcomes new members of the Virtual Patient Participation Group and encourages feedback from as many of our patients as possible.

Members of the Patient Participation Group are asked to complete a small number of short surveys/questionnaires to help us prioritise our time and investment to improve the service we offer patients. Occassionally, members may also be invited to attend meetings at the practice.  We realise that time is precious but would welcome and appreciate any suggestions or ideas that you feel could be implemented to improve our service to you.

To join our Patient Participation Group, please email your details to info.chadsfield.nhs.net or speak to one of our receptionists.
